For installment plans or recurring payments, you authorize charges according to the payment schedule presented at checkout.

Failure to complete an authorized payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the applicable product or service.

7. Refunds

Because our products are primarily digital and are delivered electronically, all digital-product purchases are final and generally non-refundable.

Once digital access has been provided, the product cannot be physically returned in the traditional sense.

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, including situations where we determine that an extraordinary circumstance warrants an exception or where a refund is required by applicable law.

Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] and should include the purchaser's name, email address, product purchased, purchase date, and reason for the request.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be issued.

Where coaching, consulting, mentorship, or advisory services are provided, participation does not guarantee any particular financial, professional, business, personal, or other outcome.
